On April 28, NB group held 2013 Staff Spring Sports Games. There were a total of 11 teams and nearly 200 athletes taking part. The Games included 4 single events and 2 team events. In the course of the game, all the athletes showed impressive civilization. They strived, insisted, moved on with a great deal of courage. Single games marked us wonderful competition, and the team games, however, highlighted the cooperation spirit part. And those judges were honored for their just, civilized and precise job in the games. That right reflected good quality and professionalism in them. It was seen that our staff were responsible, rigorous and diligent groups who could be half of NB.

With the beautiful melodies of athletes march and under the lead of National Flag Square team, the referee’s team and athletes’ teams took vigorous pace in their respective loud sound of slogans, heading to the podium where flags were fluttering. The cheerful atmosphere pushed the games to a new high.

    General Manager of Hao Changming, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, Hao said in his speech: Following the scent of spring, and her light step, we welcomed NB 2013 Spring Sports meeting. It was a big event and would lay a positive and meaningful impact on the development of the enterprise; I was here on behalf of the company to warmly congratulate the Workers' Sports Meeting! To all athletes, coaches, referees and staff t express my cordial greetings! Hao stressed that in 2013, company would grab opportunities, continue to pinpoint innovation as breakthrough, implement company " leading a step " development strategy, to enhance scientific research, to increase introduction of new products, and to improve products science and technology competitiveness ;we should stick to a precise management work by no means, and optimize products process, reduce production cost, and most importantly, improve  production stabilitily; and sharpen marketing team construction, perfect assessment and the incentive mechanism, bring out company’s brand and quality advantage to the best,  make marketing means more diversified, and  improve company products market share. All are needed putting into practice; pay attention to making our human resources management system refined and human resources management program normative. In addition, focus on enterprise culture construction, promote enterprise in transition upgrade, and further accelerate and enhance the pace to be better. All above need a firm will, excellent quality, and of course, a robust body. I insist that proper excise contributes to one’s career. Thus, by sports meetings, I expect to see a scene that all of us get down to doing some exercise, inspiringly and wholeheartedly, to devote "higher, and faster, and stronger " spirit to resolute work efficiency and competence growing, to NB Group’s economic development and  to implementation of company’s goals, personnel’s fitness and stamina accumulating.

As Hao announced the opening, their accumulated energy exposed right away, and their burning passion unconsciously flowed to the sports venues where were flying colorful flags. The cheers sounded as one fell, another rose. As it is said that maintain an army for one thousand days in fighting, the competitors were already equipped themselves well for the games of which the concept is " friendship is the first, game the second " ,but from their eyes, we could read their common and unchangeable belief that is “higher, faster, and stronger " .

 Look, on the venue of tug-of-war game, the personnel who were responsible for swinging ropes rolled up sleeves, held ropes, leaned forward, seemed to get ready to serve the six rope skipping personnel at any time. After the command of team leader and following the rhythm of one two, one two, the jumpers took concerted and light jumping together. Then, there came the 100 metres track and field game. As the referee was done commanding, all participators took off quickly and were sprinting towards the end like arrows. Listen, cheers after cheers, it turned out the arm - wrestle game. All arm - wrestle players were showing surprising strength. Some without suspense beat his opponent, some were even. After fierce rivalries, NB’s Hercules finally came out. The tug-of-war is the most impressing game and drying workshop team did a great job. Moreover, they had a lot of good heavyweight players who could not be removed by wind or water as jokes. It was their power like" the power to pull up a huge mountain and shock the world " that scared their opponents away. Luckily, with the help of participators’ superior physical condition, the team won the last laugh. We couldn’t miss out the exciting Ping-Pong and badminton games in which many skilled individuals engaged in.  The players used their courage and perseverance to pinpoint a description of the spirit to strive for the first unintentionally.

  The athletes carried a spirit of courage, perseverance, hard working and willingness to be excellent to take part in the games and made it special high-level games. That went back to why those audience cheer for the athletes, waving flags with great enthusiasm. The applause and cheers belonged to every athlete who devoted their hearts in the competition. The Games, in some way, is a different stage because it offered athletes a chance to express themselves and brought a spectacular eye feast. With the support of the leaders and the associated efforts of all staff, after a day of competition, it successfully came to a close. In the closing ceremony, Vice President Li Yongquan made a closing address. He expressed his compliment to this sports meeting and declared a successful end.

This was an orderly meeting full of warm atmosphere. It was ended up with a successful inspection on employees’ whole images and comprehensive quality level. In some degree it explained company’s "one step ahead" spirit and also presented the faith of trying to be better and the concept of teamwork cohesion on our personnel. We had reason to believe that that cohesion and cooperation concept would be the spiritual source which could motivate us to work harder and thereby harvest a satisfied work. This meeting would be printed in everyone's mind, and at the right time in here we encouraged teamwork, hard working, and unwillingness to lag behind and hoped everyone made a difference for our company.
